Marie developed and implemented HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy at InspectsGlo Ltd. She served as a bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. She also manages the recruitment and selection process.
She supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. She develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. She ensures and nurtures a positive working environment.
She’s an expert in current technology and different computer applications. She also worked in some staffing applications. She is proficient in storing files (hard or soft copy), Microsoft office and emails.
She’s an effective leader with excellence in training teams; skilled in developing plans , meeting and schedules. She recruits/ selects the right people for the right jobs, maintains a safe environment for all, good in training people and developing relationships between the customers/ clients and workers. She complies with labor laws, compensation laws and benefits for workers/employees. She have done performance appraisals as part of the performance management.

Prior to joining InspectsGlo Ltd, Marie has worked as a Recruiter in Canada, and also in different capacities in Saudi Arabia and in the Philippines.
